About these terms

These terms apply to the Bozo.fun prelaunch waitlist and coin-draft service. Joining the waitlist does not itself launch a token, execute a blockchain transaction, reserve an exact launch time, or guarantee that any draft will launch.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally permitted to use this service where you live. Do not use Bozo if doing so would violate sanctions, financial, consumer-protection, securities, or other applicable law.

Waitlist position

A position records signup order and intended launch priority. It is not transferable and is not a promise of a specific launch time, market, price, or outcome. Before Arc Mainnet launches are enabled, Bozo may require complete metadata, wallet verification, a separate launch authorization, additional acceptance, and technical or compliance checks. Invalid, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive drafts may be skipped or removed.

One coin draft

Each account may prepare one coin draft during this prelaunch phase. You are responsible for the name, symbol, description, links, artwork, and wallet address you submit, including having permission to use them. Do not submit secrets, private keys, misleading claims, impersonation, or unlawful content.

Wallet and login

Authentication and embedded-wallet services are provided through Privy. Every waitlist account receives an embedded EVM wallet. For X signups, that embedded wallet is the creator and fee-beneficiary wallet; no external wallet link is required. Wallet signups may instead use their verified connected EVM wallet as beneficiary. Access to those services is also subject to the provider's terms. Bozo will not ask you to paste a private key or seed phrase.

Queued launch authorization

Saving a draft does not authorize a launch. Before Bozo can submit a queued launch, you may be required to approve the exact token metadata, creator wallet, and fee-beneficiary wallet in a separate cryptographic authorization. Any launch cadence is a target only and may pause because of network conditions, security controls, legal requirements, or other operational issues.

Experimental service

Bozo is prelaunch, experimental software. Features, launch mechanics, fees, timing, integrations, and eligibility can change before public mainnet use. The waitlist is provided as available and may be interrupted or withdrawn. Nothing on Bozo is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and no token is endorsed by Bozo, Circle, or Arc.

Updates

If these terms materially change, Bozo may require acceptance of a new version before additional prelaunch or launch actions. Your recorded acceptance remains tied to the exact version shown when you join.
