Privacy Notice

Effective version: 2026-08-31.2

About this notice

This notice describes data handling for the Bozo.fun prelaunch waitlist and coin-draft service. It does not describe future mainnet features that are not yet enabled.

Data processed

Bozo processes your Privy user identifier, login method, optional public X profile label, embedded or linked public EVM wallet address, waitlist position, signup and consent timestamps, and the coin-draft fields and artwork you choose to save. Referral records may include your stable referral code, the referring waitlist entry, click and conversion times, and a one-way hash of a random anonymous visitor identifier. Bozo does not store the raw visitor identifier in its referral database. Hosting and security systems may also process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, request times, challenge results, and error logs.

Why it is used

This data is used to authenticate you, assign and preserve queue order, save one coin draft, process and deliver coin artwork, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, measure referral activity, attribute first-touch waitlist conversions, evaluate a possible future affiliate program, and prepare an eligible launch after Arc Mainnet support is ready. Referral tracking does not promise compensation or eligibility for any future program.

Referral cookies

When you open a valid Bozo referral link, Bozo sets secure, HTTP-only first-party referral and random visitor cookies for up to 30 days. The referral cookie preserves the first valid referring entry. The visitor cookie helps count a repeat visitor only once for that referral while it remains available. These cookies are not used for cross-site advertising. You can delete or block them in your browser, but referral attribution and unique-click counting may then be unavailable or reset.

Service providers

Privy provides authentication and embedded-wallet functionality. Railway provides hosting and database infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile provides abuse-prevention challenges and may process IP address, browser and device signals, challenge outcomes, and related technical data. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices as needed to deliver their services.

Public blockchain data

Joining the waitlist does not itself publish your draft onchain. If a coin is later launched, wallet addresses, token data, transactions, and other launch information written to Arc may become public and generally cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

Retention and choices

Prelaunch records, including referral attribution and bounded hashed click records, are kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate the queue, evaluate referral activity, prepare launches, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Referral and visitor cookies expire after no more than 30 days unless deleted sooner. You may choose not to join, leave optional draft fields blank, delete or block referral cookies, or sign out. A verified deletion or access process will be published with Bozo's official support channel before public mainnet launch.

Security and children

Bozo uses access controls and service-provider protections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit private keys, recovery phrases, or other secrets. The waitlist is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the product and data flows become final. A material change will use a new version, and the effective version shown on this page identifies the exact notice presented for the current waitlist.
